How to Join • Guest Speaker
Welcome to our Live Webinars!
1) Simply click on the URL link you received from us anytime to pre-register for the event. You will also receive a link to join the webinar.
2) Please log-in 15 minutes prior to the start of the webinar. Depending on which web browser you have set as your default, (we recommend Chrome), you may have to click on a launch prompt to launch the Zoom software application. The image below shows what the launch request looks like in Chrome.
3) The Zoom video player will appear on your screen.
4) No one can see your image at this point. Please click on the "Raised Hand" icon on the top of the screen. This will place you in a virtual waiting room. I will introduce you at the start of the show and bring you online.

We ask that you test and adjust your audio and video settings on your computer prior to the start of the show - thank you!

- Computer Processor: dual core 2Ghz or higher
- high speed internet connection; 4G, wi-fi or wired - minimum 5mb download/upload. Test your speed
- usb headset with mic or ear buds with an external mic
- external HD-USB webcam (Logitech) - please don't use your installed camera
